Ryan has significant experience working as a prosecutor prior to joining Hepworth Murray. This allowed him to become familiar with the inner-workings of prosecutors’ offices and their philosophies. Ryan believes that the best defense is a good offense. This strategy has allowed him to obtain dismissals for his clients, sometimes before the charges have been filed. He will zealously argue for his clients and is very comfortable in front of judges and juries. His small-town work ethic and big-city legal experience make him a powerful force in the Utah and Federal criminal justice system. Ryan has experience with a vast array of matters, including: homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, drug or firearm possession, and DUIs. He can also assist with any traffic citations you receive, including: driving on a suspended license, no insurance, speeding, and many others. If you have any legal concerns troubling you, call Hepworth Murray and sit down with Ryan for a free case evaluation.
